Redwood City CA*
A subdivision of seven new single-family homes in the hills above Redwood City, ranging from 3,909 sf to 6,142 sf in size. A distinctly individual Architectural presence is developed for each of the homes to achieve the best fit with the specific site, and avoid the ‘cookie-cutter’ appearance typical of other subdivisions. The development was well received by the neighbors and the local Design Review Board. All seven homes are completed and occupied.
