Fire Restoration and Expansion

This ‘Storybook’ style cottage suffered a destructive fire in early 2008. In this sympathetic restoration, the lower level Garage is preserved while the upper level is reconstructed with a new interior layout. The refreshed 567 sf studio dwelling has a new sleeping loft, exterior balcony, and rooftop solar power generation while still retaining the historic ‘storybook’ charm of the original.
