New ADU Conversion, Seismic Upgrade, and full Remodel of 12 existing units

A once-gracious 12-unit apartment building in Lower Pacific Heights is completely remodeled and expanded with the addition of a new ground level Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). All 12 of the existing units are completely remodeled with their interiors rendered in a clean, modern aesthetic. Taking advantage of recent regulations intended to encourage the development of new housing units, the former ground level storage and utility areas are converted into a new ADU apartment in conjunction with soft-story and full-building seismic upgrades. The site and building exterior are restored to their former glory as part of the overall project scope.
